Select which products have a new product introduction (NPI) or end of life (EOL) status, and populate the respective dates for them. You can override the plan at the customer level.

Select a scenario from the context selector from the top-right of the page.

Use the Customer Filter and Product Filter fields to filter on a specific customer and product.

You can review new product introduction (NPI) and end of life (EOL) status for products.

To change a product or update its status:

  1. Select Override NPI/EOL status for the product.
  2. Select either NPI or EOL in the NPI/EOL Override column.
    Changes are applied when you commit the updates.
  3. Optionally, select the date picker in the NPI Date or EOL Date column and select a date to begin the new status.

View and edit NPI and EOL status at the customer level. You can also enter dates for when the new status starts.

To enter a change to NPI or EOL status at the customer level:

  1. Select Override NPI/EOL status for the customer level.
  2. Select either NPI or EOL in the NPI/EOL Override column.
  3. Optionally, select the date picker in the NPI Date or EOL Date column and select a date to begin the new status.
    Changes are applied when you commit the updates.

Commit the updates to apply changes.

To commit updates:

  1. Refresh the page. If there are updates to commit, the NPI Updates to Commit card shows the number of updates.
  2. Select Process Updates

If you remove NPI status from a product, this permanently deletes the NPI plan.
