This page allows you to review the exceptions and alerts for each product against the demand plan.
Before you start
Use the context selectors in the top right to filter the data displayed by selecting a product and scenario combination.
Use the Product Filter field to filter on a specific product.
The page displays the percentage of customers with a prioritization of Very High, High, Medium, Low, or Item Reviewed. Each prioritization category has a red, yellow, or green colored dot. This allows you to see the KPIs that need prioritization.
The table provides the information below:
Parameter | Description |
Baseline Demand | Displays the baseline demand count. |
Final Demand | Displays the final demand count. |
Previous Demand | Displays the previous demand count. |
Final Demand vs Baseline % | Displays a percentage of the final and baseline demand values. |
Final Demand vs Previous Demand Plan % | Displays a percentage of the final and previous demand values. |
Previous Forecast Accuracy | Displays a percentage of the previous demand value accuracy. |
Planning Interventions | Displays the interventions made to prioritize demand. |
Prioritization | Displays the prioritization as low, medium, high, or very high. |
Demand Rank | Displays the rank order of the demand. A value of 1 is the highest. |
Clear Prioritization Alert | Select this option to clear all prioritization alerts on the product and customer combination. |
The Final Demand vs Baseline %, Final Demand vs Previous Demand Plan %, and Previous Forecast Accuracy values are color coded according to need to their prioritization level.
Once reviewed, select the Reviewed option against the priority in the Review Status section.
