Prioritization Summary
The Final Consensus Plan by Prioritization and Count of Products x Customers by Prioritization graphs highlight the prioritization required for the selected product and customer combination.
- Each KPI threshold is set to evalue the KPI's performance as a bad, neutral, or good threshold.
- Each KPI's total available points are allocated to provide a weighting compared to the other KPIs. 100 points are allocated across the KPIs.
- Depending on the KPI's performance within its thresholds, it'll score a number of points out of its total available.
- The points for all KPIs are prioritization summed to provide a total prioritization score for the given product and customer combination. This means a product and customer can score between 0-100, with the higher the number indicating the prioritization to review.
- The 0-100 range is categorized into Low, Medum, High, and Very High priority for reporting and review purposes.
The Products and Locations Classified as Very High Priority table displays the values below for all product and customer combinations classed as high priority. The table isn't filtered by the product and customer context selector.
