302 - Supplier Transit Cost and Lead Time

You can set supplier and transport modes for a selected product and location combination. Once you select a location and product combination, the Available Suppliers section lists all the available supplier options.

This section displays all the available suppliers for the selected location and product combination. Additionally, you can update the Purchase Cost and Currency for the selected location and product combination.

This section displays all the available transport modes for the selected location, product, and supplier combination.

To set up a supplier for a location and product combination:

1. Select a distribution center or ‌plant from the Select Location dropdown.
2. Select a product ‌from the Select Product dropdown for which you want to check the available sourcing options.
3. In the Available Suppliers section:
   1. Update cost in the Purchase Cost column if required.
   2. Update currency from the Currency dropdown if required.
4. Select a supplier from the list in the Available Suppliers section.
   All available transport modes for the selected supplier display in the Available Transport Modes section.
5. In the Available Transport Modes section, select the Override Default Transit Mode to ‌set the default transport mode.
   This transit mode will be used for the selected location, product, and supplier combination.
