This page provides a regional view of ABC customer segmentation with a graphical display of revenue by customer for the selected region.
Before you start
Use the context selector at the top-right to select a customer. Additionally, you can manually enter the required value using the search function.
The data definition and period is displayed in the Selected Data Definition section below the context selector.
Customer Grouping Summary
The Customer Grouping Analysis Table shows revenue values (Selected Data) by region and customer group levels for the specified period.
The Customer Group Drilldown section's top chart displays the ABC customer breakdown in revenue terms for the selected region or customer group level.
The second chart displays trailing annual total for all customers in a particular region. You can select Trailing Annual Total (U) or Trailing Annual Total (R) from the context selector at the bottom of the chart.
