Use this page to set snapshot versions for the head count (HC) spoke.

Perform Headcount Snapshots

To define headcount snapshots:

  1. In the Set up snapshots grid, input a name for an unused snapshot and a date when the snapshot was taken.
  2. Select a version to snapshot from the dropdown on the left.
  3. Select Headcount Snapshot.

Compare snapshots

To compare snapshots:

  1. Select any two versions to compare from the dropdowns.
  2. To view the headcount data for a specific combination in the grid, use the dropdowns at the top-right to set the:
    • Entity
    • Department
    • Sum
    • User email address
