OH vs Max Inv

Displays the percentage of the on-hand vs maximum inventory possible at a location. The maximum inventory is calculated as follows:  

  • Current Period: The On-Hand Inventory value divided by the Maximum Inventory Target (U) value. 
  • Future Periods: The Net Closing Inventory (U) value divided by the Maximum Inventory Target (U) value.
No of Expired ProductsDisplays the number of products that are expired during the distribution center planning horizon.  
Periods of Projected Over UtilizationDisplays the number of periods in the planning horizon when the OH vs Max Inv value is greater than 100%.
Expired Inventory ValueDisplays the dollar value of the expired inventory across the planning horizon. This is the expired inventory multiplied by the standard cost.
E&O Outlook

Specify how excess and obsolete inventory is handled:

  • Maximum of zero.
  • Net Closing Inventory (U) value minus the Minimum Level (U) value at the end of the DC planning horizon.
E&O Inventory ValueDisplays the value of the excess and obsolete inventory. This is the E&O Outlook (U) value multiplied by the Forecast Standard Cost (R/U) value. 
No of Products in ShortageDisplays the number of products with a closing inventory less than zero in the DC planning horizon. 
Shortage OutlookDisplays the instances where the closing inventory is less than zero or less than minimum safety stock in the DC planning horizon.
On-Hand InventoryDisplays the on-hand inventory in the current period.
On-Hand Inventory ValueDisplays the value of the on hand inventory in the current period. This is the On-Hand Inventory value multiplied by the standard cost.
