This page enables you to create and manage events to represent point-in-time changes in the customer location disaggregation.

Steps
Manage Override Events
- Select a Date from the drop-down.
- Select a scenario by using the Committed Scenario, Scenario 1, Scenario 2 and Prod Plan checkboxes.
Once done, select the Show Next Available Event button to refresh the override events table and display the latest override events based on the selected options.
Customer Level Overrides
Before you start
Use the context selectors at the top-left of the customer level override table to select a customer from the list.
Displays the override events associated with a customer in different locations.

Override | Enables to override the customer events. |
Rebalance | Enables to rebalance the customer events. |
Customer X Product Level Overrides
Before you start
Use the context selectors at the top-left of the customer and product level override table to select a product from the list. The selected customer will be the same as selected in the customer level override table.
Displays the override events associated with a customer for the selected product in various locations.
