Use this page to set snapshot versions for the CPX spoke.

Define versions and snapshots

To define versions and snapshots:

  1. Highlight a version in the first column.
  2. Enter values in the Actual Periods column and the Future Periods column.
  3. In the FOR SEEDING AOP column, select one version to be the source to snapshot for AOP.
  4. In the Select Snapshot to Pull Values from AOP column, define the planning snapshot.
    This will be the source when using the planning method that refers to AOP values.
  5. In the Select Snapshot to Pull Values for Curr Fcst column, define the planning snapshot.
    This will be the source when using the planning method that refers to current forecast values.

Perform planning snapshots

To perform the planning snapshots:

  1. In the Input Name and Date of Snapshot grid, input display names for an unused snapshot, and a date when the snapshot was taken.
  2. Select either of these buttons to run the action:
    • Copy Curr Fcst Versions to Snapshot for Seeding - Process
    • Copy AOP Version to Snapshot for Seeding - Process
