This page enables you to manage how the KPIs are evaluated and prioritized in the exception alert reports.

In the Product x Customer Level KPIs table you can select the required Low is Good, Evaluate Absolute Value, and Is % options. You can also enter values for Input Points and Rebalanced Points, or select a value for KPI Usage, and a unit value for Periods Until Stockout, Shortfall in Next X-Periods % Total Demand, Current Inventory vs Target (%), Number of Periods Inventory out of Range, Days Until Next Simulated Receipt, and Aged Inventory % (for Product Level KPIs) options.

Threshold Start InputSpecify the input value for the threshold start.

The threshold values for alerts can range from low, medium, high, very high, and item cleared. You can choose which ones to add to the table by selecting the appropriate checkbox. You can also enter the values in Review Threshold, Lower Value Code, and Upper Value Code options.
