This page enables you to manage the My Customer filter options available.
Use the My Favorites Customer Filter to select a pre-defined customer filter as a base and change as required, or build your selection based on the parent levels of the product hierarchy.

Use Select Default Customer Filter on the left-hand side to set a specific customer filter.

Steps
This page allows you to select customers from the levels L1, L2, and L3 categories:
- Select an option in the Customer Selection L1 grid to include a group of customers. Any corresponding L2 and L3 customers are highlighted in green.
- To exclude a group of customers, select an option in the Customer Selection L2 table. The selected row is highlighted red.
- Repeat the process in the Customer Selection L3 table.
To override a customer selection, select the Override? option in the Customer Selection table.
All updates are synced at the next system refresh.
