You can use the Edit & Commit ABC Worksheet to update the final XYZ values where a classification needs to be manually adjusted.
Parameters

| Current XYZ | These values are dependent on a parameter in D1000 - Global Demand Parameters. The current segmentation values are one of these options:

| Override XYZ | You can enter override values in this column, subject to the parameters specified in D1000 - Demand Parameters. Override values are highlighted and update the values in the Final XYZ to Update and Final ABC-XYZ to Update columns. |
| Final XYZ to Update | The values confirmed for use by the system. |
| Final ABC-XYZ to Update | The values confirmed for use by the system. |
Additional information
In the worksheet, if the cell has a clear background, then this shows the current categorization is system recommended. If the cell is highlighted yellow, then the categorization has been overridden and isn't system recommended.

To display the XYZ values for system-recommended, current, and final values by product group, select the product in the table, or from the dropdown.
Edit Parameters
The GL UPDATE BASIS parameter is set by a system administrator at the global level in the D1000 - Global Demand Parameters dashboard.
Edit the UPDATE BASIS parameter by selecting the drop-down box and selecting either:
- Overrides Only: only updates items where Override ABC is populated.
- System and Overrides: updates all displayed items.
Update XYZ values
To update the XYZ values specified in Override XYZ parameter, select the Update XYZ button. This runs processes to update the values in the system.
