This page allows you to review the remaining shelf-life (RSL) of your inventory across the network. The page groups the shelf-life into different configurable bands for ease of viewing.

This chart displays the product health across every distribution center (DC), and can be filtered by value or volume of inventory. The products are categorized by color grade, with green representing the items with the longest remaining shelf life and blue representing the ones with the shortest remaining shelf life.

You can use the context selector at the bottom of the chart to switch between total inventory value or volume.

This table displays a detailed view of every distribution center and each product it stocks. The data displays across different health bands, starting with the oldest stock.

You can use the context selector at the top of the table to switch between total inventory value or volume and distribution center.

Current Date for RSL Calcs

Allows the current date to be derived, so that the age of the inventory can be established. You can select:

  • Current Period: Start – The first date of the current period. 
  • Current Period: Middle – The mid-date of the current period. 
  • Current Period: End – The last date of the current period.

Product expiry dates are based on either the Expiry Date or Production Date + Shelf Life in the product properties.
