Update Current Period
This section allows you to override the current period used in the model, according to the time settings. It's recommended that Current Period is controlled in the Data Hub.

Current Period | Displays the current period used in the model according to the time settings. |
Override Current Period | Select a value to override the Current Period used in the model according to the time settings. |
EF Current Period | Displays the current period in the app taken from the Current Period or Override Current period value. |
EF Current Period Start Date | Displays the start date of the Current Period. |
EF Current Period End Date | Displays the end date of the Current Period. |
Reset Cleared Prioritizations
This section displays where alerts were clear during the last planning cycle. Either select the column and use the spacebar or select the Clear Prioritization Alert column.
Overrides Rolling Outside Model Calendar
The Alerts Summary table provides a summary of any alerts throughout the application, via the Alert Count column. These alerts derive from overrides that have rolled outside the calendar periods currently in the model and require attention.
It ensures that any perpetuating overrides are retained, which would otherwise be lost if they were in time periods that'll be dropped from the model calendar.
The cells in the rows on the left identify which dashboard the alerts are related to.
The Roll Forward Parameters table enables you to manage and roll forward any overrides currently in place.
Parameter | Values |
Roll Overrides Forwad (History) | Displays overrides currently in the past according to the current period set in the app. |
Roll Overrides Forward (Future) | Displays overrides currently in the future according to the current period set in the app. |
Overrides Details
Grids in this section display the override alerts in each page. This includes the specific product, time period, the override value, a cell to exclude this override from the roll forward process, and the EF Transfer Period.
The section displays detailed breakdowns of the override summary for:
- Demand Planning Override
- Commercial Planning Override
- Commercial planning Store Count Override
- Historic Store Count Override
- CTO Planning Override
- Bundle Revenue Allocation Override
