This page allows you to manage the available time filter choices. These determine how data is displayed across Demand Planning app graphs, including the history and future periods. Additionally, you can manage to which pages these time filters apply.

The view category allows for the grouping of similar view settings. 

To group the views, select Reorder View Settings List. The views are sorted by their name if no category is selected.

View Period Type

Select a period type from the dropdown. The options are:

  • Rolling Year
  • Fiscal Year
  • Rolling Periods
View Years HistoryEnter a value for how many past years you want to view.
View Years FutureEnter a value for how many future years you want to view.
Periods HistoryDisplays the number of historic periods used.
Periods FutureDisplays the number of future periods used.
Append Data Range to NameIf selected, the data range is added to the name.
History Only?If selected, only historic data is displayed.
Future Only?If selected, only future data is displayed.
Table: Totals Only?If selected, only total values are displayed.
EF Start PeriodDisplays the start date of a period.
EF End PeriodDisplays the end date of a period.

To delete one or more view setting, select Delete next to the item to delete. The rows will be deleted after the next system refresh.

Once you've defined your view settings,  you can select the pages where the time filters apply. To assign view settings to pages:

  1. Select the time periods that apply to each page.
    The default view settings display in the right.
  2. Select Create View Settings Assignments once you are done with assigning view settings for each page in the first grid.

The list of pages displayed is a structural change and must be managed in the developmental model. The table displays Page Code, Page Name, and DisplayName.
