This page enables you to view, configure, and manage working hours, holidays, and shutdown schedules for different production plants.

Use the right-hand context selector dropdown to select a plant and manage calendar. 

You can view the total number of working days available in a week for a production plant in the Total Hours bar chart. Additionally, view the total number of working hours in a week for a production plant in the Line Chart.

Note: Use legends to view information for any week. Select or deselect a legend to show or hide its details in the chart.

You can setup shifts, shift lengths, holidays, shutdown days, and working days for a production plant.

Working Days AvailableNumber of days per week the production plant is functional.
ShutdownsDays when the plant is shut down for holidays or maintenance.
HolidaysDays when the production plant is closed.

Work Days per WeekThe number of working days available per week. It is defined based on the weekdays, for example: Monday–Friday.
HolidaysThe number of holidays such as Christmas, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.
ShutdownsThe shutdown period, such as Year End shutdown or maintenance shutdown of a production plant.
Working Days AvailableWork days per week that the production plant is available.
Shift Length in Hours per DayNumber of hours in a day that the production plant functions.
Hours per Shift per DayWorking days available * shift length.
Shifts Worked per WeekNumber of shifts worked every week.
Hours Worked per WeekHours per Shift per Week * Shifts Worked per Week.

To create an event:

  1. Select Add Factory Event.
  2. Select the type of event from the Type dropdown.
  3. Enter the Start Date and then select the Effective checkbox.
  4. Select Submit.
    A new factory event is added to the page.
  5. Select the newly added event and enter:
    • Working days: the Start Day and End Day.
    • Shifts: in the Value column, the total number of shifts in a week.
    • Shift Length: in the Value column, hours per day, hours per day.
    • Holiday: the End Date.
    • Shutdown: the End Date

To edit a factory event type:

  1. Select the factory event calendar.
  2. In Type, select the new type from the dropdown.

To delete a factory event:

  1. Select ‌the Delete checkbox. You can select multiple checkboxes. 
  2. Select Delete Factory Event.
    The factory event is removed from the page.

You can select:

  • Search : look for an item.
  • Filter : filter grid data based on the condition selected from the dropdown that appears in the right-hand panel.
  • Sort : sort grid data based on alerts, rows, or columns.
  • Show/Hide : show or hide alerts, rows, or columns.
  • Comment on card : to comment on the card.
  • Exports: export the current view.
