This page allows you to understand the definition and performance of each KPI for an individual product and customer combination.
Before you start
Use the context selectors in the top right to filter the data displayed by selecting a product, customer, KPI, and scenario combination.
Use the Customer Filter and Product Filter fields to filter on a specific customer and product.
Overall Scoring
A total of 100 prioritization points are distributed across all the KPIs. Each KPI's performance is assessed to find its score. Higher scores indicate a need to look more closely at performance.
The Overall Prioritization Score displays the overall KPI score, and a breakdown of each KPI's points calculation and available points.
Demand Versus Baseline and Previous
The time frame of the KPI measurement is displayed at the top of this section. Specify a Time Filter value to focus on a specific time period.
This section displays the percentage values for Final Demand vs Baseline and Final Demand vs Previous Demand. The graph displays the Prior Demand Forecast (U), Final Baseline Plan (U), and Final Demand Forecast (U) values broken down by week.
Previous Forecast Accuracy
The timeframe used to calculate the accuracy is displayed at the top of this section.
The chart displays values for Base History, Plan, and ABS Error.
