You can use this page to view, create, and edit end-of-life (EOL) curves by product and customer.
You can set the context for the data on the page using the EOL curves, All Customers, and All Products context selectors. Either select options from the dropdowns or enter a search term in the search field to find an option.
View Settings
You can use the View Settings dropdown to choose the settings that apply to the chart at the bottom. This chart displays the final baseline plan for EOL products and customers.
Create, Rename, and Delete Product EOL Curves
You can create, rename, and delete your own EOL curves. This enables you to build an EOL profile for a product.
New curves display in the EOL curves context selector and in the grid to the right of the buttons. You can edit the DisplayName field in the grid to change the name of a curve.

Steps
To create a product's EOL curve:
- Select Create Product EOL Curve.
- Enter a DisplayName.
- Select Submit.
To delete one or more product EOL curves:
- Select Delete? next to the curve or curves you want to delete in the grid to the right of the buttons.
- Select Delete Product EOL Profile.
EOL Curve - 1 Year
This chart displays the EOL curve as a percentage of the final statistical forecast, as a weekly forecast over a year.
Steps
To choose which curve to review, select a product EOL curve in the grid to the left of the chart.
Edit Product EOL curves
You can use the grid below the buttons to adjust the percentage of the final statistical forecast that applies to the EOL forecast. This updates the EOL Curve - 1 Year chart, so you can review the phase-out curve for the EOL product.

Customer Level Overrides
You can use the Customer Level Overrides grid to override customer EOL curves and edit the number of ramp periods for the statistical forecast period. You can also enter the dates for changes to take effect.
Fields become available progressively as you enter data.

Steps
To override a customer EOL curve:
- Set Override NPI/EOL Status? to true.
- Set NPI/EOL Status to EOL.
- Select the curve you want to use from the EOL Curve Applied dropdown.
- Enter the Periods to ramp down EOL forecast.
- Enter an EOL Date.
The Final EOL Date updates to the same as the EOL Date.
