You can use the Edit & Commit ABC Worksheet to update the final ABC values where a classification needs to be manually adjusted.
Parameters
| Parameters | Values |
| Selected History | Demand history in unit volumes used to calculate the system-generated ABC-XYZ categorizations. |
| Cumulative History | Demand history in cumulative unit volumes used to calculate the system-generated ABC-XYZ categorizations. |
| Volume Rank | The rank order of the product by unit volume demand, with 1 being the highest. |
| Percentage of Total History | The demand for the product is calculated as a percentage of the total demand for all products. |
| Current ABC | Dependent on a parameter in D1000 - Global Demand Parameters. The current segmentation values are one of these options:

| System ABC | System-generated segmentation values without user override values. |
| Override ABC | Enter override values in this column, subject to the parameters specified in D1000 - Global Demand Parameters. Override values are displayed as highlighted values and update the values in the Final ABC to Update and Final ABC-XYZ to Update columns. |
| Final ABC to Update | The values confirmed for use by the system. |
| Final ABC-XYZ to Update | The values confirmed for use by the system. |
Legend
Legend contains a key to the color-coding in the main worksheet.
If the cell has a clear background, this shows the current categorization is system recommended. If the cell is highlighted yellow, this shows the current categorization isn't system recommended.

Display the XYZ by ABC categorization values for current, system-recommended, and final values by product group by selecting the product in the table.
Edit Parameters
The GL UPDATE BASIS parameter is set by a system administrator at the global level in the D1000 - Global Demand Parameters dashboard.
Edit the UPDATE BASIS parameter by selecting the drop-down box and selecting either:
- Overrides Only: only updates items where Override ABC is populated.
- System and Overrides: updates all displayed items.
Update ABC values
To update the ABC values specified in Override ABC parameter, select the Update ABC button. This runs processes to update the values in the system.
