This page allows you to manage the available time filter choices. These determine how data is displayed across Demand Analysis app graphs, including the history and future periods. Additionally, you can manage which pages these time filters apply to.
Steps
Create Time Filters
The view category allows for the grouping of similar view settings. Select Show Next Available View Setting to view settings.
To group the time filters, select Reorder Time Filters. The views are sorted by their name if no category is selected.

View Period Type | Select a period type from the dropdown:

View Years History | Specify how many previous years to view. |
View Years Future | Specify how many future years to view. |
Periods History | Displays the number of historic periods used. |
Periods Future | Displays the number of future periods used. |
Append Data Range to Name | If selected, the data range is added to the name. |
Effective Display Name | Displays the Time Filter's name. |
History Only? | If selected, only historic data is displayed. |
Future Only? | If selected, only future data is displayed. |
Table: Totals Only? | If selected, only total values are displayed. |
EF Start Period | Displays the period's start date. |
EF End Period | Displays the period's end date. |
To delete one or more view setting, select Delete next to the item to delete. The rows will be deleted after the next system refresh.
Assign Time Filters to Pages
Once you've defined your time filter settings, select the pages where the time filters apply. To assign time filter settings to pages:
- Select the time periods that apply to each page.
The default view settings display on the right. - Select Create Time Filter Assignments to execute the process of generating time filter allocation.
Manage Pages for Time Filter Settings
The list of pages displayed is a structural change and must be managed in the developmental model.
