This page enables you to understand the definition and performance of each KPI for an individual product and location combination.

Use the context selectors at the top-right to select a scenario and location. Additionally, you can manually enter the required values using the search function.

Select a Time View Settings to focus on a specific timeframe.

View Years HistoryThis is the number of years history to view. If you enter more than the maximum history available, only the maximum available is shown.
View Period Type

View Period Type: This provides options to view planning periods as either:

  • Fiscal Year: Always shows the current fiscal year as a minimum.
  • Rolling Year: Always shows the current period as a minimum.

A total of 100 prioritization points are distributed across all the KPIs. Each KPI's performance is assessed to find its score. Higher scores indicate a need to look more closely at performance.

The Overall Prioritization Score displays the overall KPI score, and a breakdown of each KPI's points calculation and available points.

Shortfall is measured over time horizon up to the selected time period. The time frame of the KPI measurement is displayed at the top of this section. Specify a Time Filter value to focus on a specific time period.

This section displays the total number of time periods until stockout and shortfall. The graph displays the Total DC Demand (U), New Shortfall (U), and Closing Inventory (U).

The number of periods is measured over time horizon up to the selected time period.

This section displays the percentage difference between current inventory and target. It also displays a count of periods the inventory levels are outside the desired or acceptable range. The graph displays the Closing Inventory (U), Maximum Inventory Target (U), and Minimum Inventory Target (U).

This section displays the percentage of current inventory that is old. The graph displays inventory in units in different current inventory day categories. Hover over each category to display the inventory count.
