This page enables you to review performance of all key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage the product and location prioritization for a better inventory plan.
Before you start
Use the context selectors at the top-right to select a scenario, location, and product combination. Additionally, you can manually enter the required values using the search function.
Inventory Alerts and Exceptions
This section helps you manage inventory at different locations for the selected scenario. The table displays all KPIs in green, amber, and red as per the priority for the product at the selected location.
Use this table to review and plan inventory available to meet demand efficiently.
Parameter | Description |
On Hand Inventory | Displays the available inventory count. |
Open Committed Receipts | Displays the count of open committed receipts. |
Current Days Supply Category | Displays the days supply category where the selected product and location combination fall. |
Periods Until Stockout | Displays the number of time periods until the current stock runs out. |
Shortfall in Next X-Periods % Total Demand | Displays count of potential stockouts and the adequacy of current inventory levels to meet future demand. |
Current Inventory vs Target (%) | Displays a percentage comparison indicating whether current inventory is above, below, or at the desired target level. |
Days Until Next Simulated Receipt | Displays the number of days until next simulated receipt. |
Quantity of Next Simulated Receipt | Displays the unit quantity until next simulated receipt. |
Aged Inventory (%) | Displays a percentage of inventory that's been in stock for a specific period. |
Planning Interventions | Displays the interventions made to prioritize demand. |
Prioritization | Displays the prioritization as low, medium, high, or very high. |
Clear Prioritization Alert | Select this to clear all prioritization alerts for the product and location combination. |
