Use the Customer Filter and Product Filter fields to filter on a specific customer and product.
Use the Customer Level Overrides grid to override the product status and the end-of-life (EOL) date at the customer level. You can also edit the number of ramp-down periods for the statistical forecast period. Fields become available progressively as you enter data.
