This page enables supply planners to view and manage the sustainability categories and questions. 

Steps

Manage Sustainability Question Categories

To create a question category:

  1. Double click the Category field in the (spare Supplier Question Category) row and specify a category name.
  2. Specify a Sort Order.
  3. Select Sort Question Categories to create another spare row.

To delete a category, select Delete?. The selected row is highlighted in red and is deleted during the next system refresh.

Manage Sustainability Questions

To add a new question:

  1. Double click the Question field in the (spare Supplier Question Category) row and specify the question.
  2. Specify the Weighting.
    The weighting is used to calculate the sustainability score. 
  3. Select Create Sustainability Questions to create another spare row.

To delete a question, select Delete?. The selected row is highlighted in red and is deleted during the next system refresh.
