This page allows you to manage individual resource values that determine their available operational hours.

Use the context selector on the top-right to select the plant location.

Select the Group items in table option in the Resources Calendar Events card to group resources by their type.


The Resources Capacity Plan graph displays the weekly operational data that includes the Factory Hours per Week, and Resource Capacity in Hours per Week.

The table displays a weekly breakdown of the resource calendar events for the selected location.

Resource Base Hours per WeekDisplays the total number of resource hours per week for the selected location. This is calculated by multiplying the default or override Work Days per week, Shifts Worked per Day, and Shift Length in Hours per Shift values.
Weekly Overtime Shift (%)Displays the weekly percentage capacity value of overtime shifts.
Weekly Overtime HoursDisplays the weekly overtime shift hours.
Planned Maintenance in Hours per DayDisplays the hourly value of any daily planned maintenance for the selected location.
Planned Maintenance in Hours per WeekDisplays the hourly value of any weekly planned maintenance for the selected location.
Resource Capacity in Hours per WeekDisplays the total number of resource capacity hours per week for the selected location. This is calculated by adding the Resource Base Hours per Week and Weekly Overtime Hours values and subtracting the Planned Maintenance in Hours per Day/Week values.
Factory Hours per WeekDisplays the total number of factory hours per week for the selected location.

To create a resource calendar event:

  1. Select Show Next Available Event to create a blank event.
  2. Specify the Type (For example, Working Days, Shifts, Shift Length, Weekly Overtime Shift (%), and Planned Maintenance), Start Date, End Date, Value, and Suffix values.
  3. Optionally, enter any Comments and specify if the calendar event is Effective.

To delete an calendar event, select the Delete option. You can delete multiple calendar events at the same time.
