This page allows you to manage individual resource values that determine their available operational hours.
Before you start
Use the context selector on the top-right to select the plant location.
Select the Group items in table option in the Resources Calendar Events card to group resources by their type.
The Resources Capacity Plan graph displays the weekly operational data that includes the Factory Hours per Week, and Resource Capacity in Hours per Week.
The table displays a weekly breakdown of the resource calendar events for the selected location.
Parameter | Values |
Work Days per Week | Displays the number of working days available per week. |
Override Work Days per Week | Enter a value to override the Work Days per Week value. |
Shifts Worked per Day | Displays the number of shifts worked every day. |
Override Shifts Worked per Day | Enter a value to override the Shifts Worked per Day value. |
Shift Length in Hours per Shift | Displays the number of hours in each shift. |
Override Shift Length in Hours per Shift | Enter a value to override the Shift Length in Hours per Shift value. |
Resource Base Hours per Week | Displays the total number of resource hours per week for the selected location. This is calculated by multiplying the default or override Work Days per week, Shifts Worked per Day, and Shift Length in Hours per Shift values. |
Weekly Overtime Shift (%) | Displays the weekly percentage capacity value of overtime shifts. |
Weekly Overtime Hours | Displays the weekly overtime shift hours. |
Planned Maintenance in Hours per Day | Displays the hourly value of any daily planned maintenance for the selected location. |
Planned Maintenance in Hours per Week | Displays the hourly value of any weekly planned maintenance for the selected location. |
Resource Capacity in Hours per Week | Displays the total number of resource capacity hours per week for the selected location. This is calculated by adding the Resource Base Hours per Week and Weekly Overtime Hours values and subtracting the Planned Maintenance in Hours per Day/Week values. |
Factory Hours per Week | Displays the total number of factory hours per week for the selected location. |
Steps
To create a resource calendar event:
- Select Show Next Available Event to create a blank event.
- Specify the Type (For example, Working Days, Shifts, Shift Length, Weekly Overtime Shift (%), and Planned Maintenance), Start Date, End Date, Value, and Suffix values.
- Optionally, enter any Comments and specify if the calendar event is Effective.
To delete an calendar event, select the Delete option. You can delete multiple calendar events at the same time.
