This page enables you to manage the values that determine a factory's available operational hours.

Use the context selector on the top-right to select a location.

Select the Group items in table option in the Input Available Hours Drivers card to group factories by their type.

The Available Hours Output graph and table displays the weekly operational data that includes:

Hours Lost due to HolidaysDisplays the number of hours lost due to holidays for the selected plant location.
Hours Lost due to ShutdownsDisplays the number of hours lost due to factory shutdown for the selected plant location.
Available Hours per WeekDisplays the total number of hours per week for the selected location. This is calculated by multiplying Shifts per Week and Shifts per Day values.
Standard Hours per WeekDisplays the total number of base hours per week for the selected location.
Standard Days per WeekDisplays the number of days per week the production plant is functional.
HolidaysDisplays the number of holidays in a week.
ShutdownsDisplays the number of days the factory is shutdown for holidays or maintenance in a week.
Available Days per WeekDisplays the number of working days available per week. This is calculated by adding Standard Days per Week, Holidays, and Shutdowns values.
Hours per ShiftDisplays the number of hours in each shift.
Shifts per WeekDisplays the number of shifts worked every week. This is calculated by multiplying Available Days per Week and Hours per Shift values.
Shifts per DayDisplays the number of shifts worked every day.
Available Days per WeekDisplays the number of working days available per week. This is calculated by adding Standard Days per Week, Holidays, and Shutdowns values.

To create a factory calendar event:

  1. Select Show Next Available Calendar to display a blank event.
  2. Complete the Type (For example, Working Days, Shifts, Shift Length, Weekly Overtime Shift (%), or Planned Maintenance), Start Date, End Date, Start Day, End Day, Value, and Suffix values.
  3. Optionally, enter any Comments and specify if the event is Effective.

To specify a holiday for a location:

  1. Select Show Next Available Calendar to create a blank event.
  2. Specify the holiday date.
