This page enables you to manage how the KPIs are evaluated and prioritized in the exception/alert reports based on the selected options.
Parameters
Product X Customer Level KPIs and Product Level KPIs
In the Product x Customer Level KPIs table you can select the required checkboxes for Low is Good, Evaluate Absolute Value, and Is %. You can also enter the value for Input Points and Rebalanced Points, or select a value from the dropdown for KPI Usage, and Units for Final Demand vs Baseline %, Final Demand vs Previous Demand Plan %, Previous Forecast Accuracy, and Bias (for Product Level KPIs) options.

| Low is Good | Select the checkbox to show if low is good. |
| Evaluate Absolute Value | Select the checkbox to enable the evaluated absolute value. |
| Is % | Select the checkbox to display the value in percentage. |
| Input Points | Provide input point value. |
| Rebalanced Points | Provide a value for the rebalanced point. |
| KPI Usage | Select a KPI value from the dropdown.

You can also manage and edit the Threshold Start Input, Range Width, Threshold Start, and Threshold End (Good, Neutral, and Bad) values in the tables as needed.

Thresholds Applied to Alert Levels
The threshold values for alerts can range from low, medium, high, very high, and item cleared. You can choose which ones to add to the table by choosing the checkboxes for Workflow Enabled, Default Workflow Enabled, Final Workflow Enabled, and Individual Workflow Applied. You can also enter the values in Review Threshold, Lower Value Code, and Upper Value Code options.
