This page allows you to review the performance of all KPIs and manage the product and customer prioritization.

Use the context selectors in the top right to filter the data displayed by selecting a product, customer, and scenario combination. The selected values are also displayed in the Notes section at the bottom left.

Use the Customer Filter and Product Filter fields to filter on a specific customer and product.

Use the table to filter the demand exceptions displayed.

PrioritizationFilters on a prioritization value.
Ranking Filter for Top-xSpecify a value to rank the results displayed. A value of zero displays all results.

The Demand Planning Alerts and Exceptions table displays the information below for each product and customer combination.

Baseline DemandDisplays the baseline demand count.
Final DemandDisplays the final demand count.
Previous DemandDisplays the previous demand count.
Final Demand vs Baseline %Displays a percentage of the final and baseline demand values.
Final Demand vs Previous Demand Plan %Displays a percentage of the final and previous demand values.
Previous Forecast Accuracy Displays a percentage of the previous demand value accuracy.
Planning InterventionsDisplays the interventions made to prioritize demand.
PrioritizationDisplays the prioritization as low, medium, high, or very high.
Demand RankDisplays the rank order of the demand. A value of 1 is the highest.
Clear Prioritization AlertSelect this option to clear all prioritization alerts on the product and customer combination.

The Final Demand vs Baseline %, Final Demand vs Previous Demand Plan %, and Previous Forecast Accuracy values are color coded according to need to their prioritization level.
