KPIDescription
Final Demand vs Baseline %An alert is triggered when the Final Demand vs Baseline % value is greater than 30%.
Final Demand vs Previous Demand Plan %An alert is triggered when the Final Demand vs Previous Demand Plan % value is greater than 30%.
Previous Forecast AccuracyAn alert is triggered when the Previous Forecast Accuracy value is greater than 35%.

Each KPI threshold is set to value the performance of the KPI as low, medium, or high, or very high.

Each KPI is allocated points to provide a weighting versus the other KPIs. The total of all KPI points is 100.

The points for all KPIs are summed to provide a total prioritization score for the given product and customer combination. A product and customer score can be between 0-100, with a higher number indicating a higher prioritization for review.

The 0-100 range is categorized into low, medium, high, and very high priority for reporting and review purposes.
