This page reports alerts at category and product levels, by alert type and basis, with the ability to drill down to report at category and product levels.
Alert Parameters
Alert parameters enable you to set the thresholds for alert level, for product-level alerts.
These parameters are typically set by a System Administrator at the global level in the D1000 - Global Demand Parameters dashboard and apply to all product-customer combinations.
Parameters
An admin can manage these parameters, at a global level, in D1000 - Global Demand Parameters.
Effective Parameters are values that are currently set. Edit Parameters allows you to enter new values for the same parameters. When you enter a value, it becomes an effective parameter.

| Plan For Alerts | Select an input plan to be used to drive the alerts:

| Alert Level | Enter the variance measure percentage from which alerts are to be reported. |
Forecast Accuracy Measure | Displays the method used to measure forecast accuracy. This displays either: MAPE or Forecast Accuracy This parameter is set in D1920H and D1921H. |
| Bias Range Min / Bias Range Max | Enter the minimum and maximum values for the bias alert, in percentage values. |
| Margin Is | Enter the basis for the margin alert as More Than or Less Than the specified Target Margin. |
| Target Margin | Enter a target margin percentage value on which to report alerts. |
| Over Future Periods | Enter the number of periods over which the alerts are to be reported. |
Alerts Summary
This displays an aggregated alerts summary for all products, by alert type and basis. The alert types and values are presented in the rows with the basis displayed in the columns. Selecting a product alert type row in the Alerts Summary table will set the alert type that displays in the Alert Type> Product Drill Down table.

| Alert: Aggregate | Displays positive if the alert has triggered at the aggregate level, for example, if the MAPE for a product category exceeds xx%. |
| Quantity: Aggregate | Displays the alert data calculated at the aggregate levels, if applicable, and summed elsewhere. |
Additional information
When changing the values shown in the tables, there's no synching between the tables.
Alert Type -> Product Drill-Down
This displays a breakdown of alerts by products, by alert type and basis. The alert types and values are presented in the rows with the basis displayed in the columns. Your selection in Alerts Summary is directly reflected in this table.
