The dashboard reports alerts at category and product levels for several measures including bias, forecast accuracy, contribution and MAPE/accuracy target bands. It also reports alerts for demand sensing for a specified plan input and number of review periods.
Alert Parameters
Alert parameters enable you to set thresholds for product-level alerts.
These parameters are typically set by a System Administrator at the global level in the D1000 - Global Demand Parameters dashboard and apply to all product-customer combinations.

An admin can manage these parameters, at a global level, in D1000 - Global Demand Parameters.
Effective Parameters are values that are currently set. Edit Parameters allows you to enter new values for the same parameters. When you enter a value, it becomes an effective parameter.

| Plan For Alerts | Select an input plan to be used to drive the alerts:

| Alert Level | Enter the variance measure percentage from which alerts are to be reported. |
Forecast Accuracy Measure | Displays the method used to measure forecast accuracy. This displays either: MAPE or Forecast Accuracy This parameter is set in D1920H and D1921H. |
| Bias Range Min / Bias Range Max | Enter the minimum and maximum values for the bias alert, in percentage values. |
| Margin Is | Enter the basis for the margin alert as More Than or Less Than the specified Target Margin. |
| Target Margin | Enter a target margin percentage value on which to report alerts. |
| Over Future Periods | Enter the number of periods over which the alerts are to be reported. |
Alerts Summary
Select a category from the dropdown below the 1. Alerts Summary grid, to display drilled-down data for the products within the category in 2. Category -> Product Drill-down.
Parameters
Each of the tables contains a context selector in its bottom-right corner. This is called the report basis. Use this drop-down to select the bases for alert reporting.

| Count: Base | Displays the number of alerts activated, which sums to aggregate levels. |
| Quantity: Base | Displays the alert data, which sums to aggregate levels if applicable. |
| Alert: Aggregate | Displays positive if the alert has triggered at the aggregate level, for example, if the MAPE for a product category exceeds xx%. |
| Quantity: Aggregate | Displays the alert data calculated at the aggregate levels, if applicable, and summed elsewhere. |
