This page provides you a summary of the consensus plan. 

You can select the customer, product, and forecasting measurement data to display using the context selectors in the top-right of the page. You can either select options from the dropdowns, or manually enter the reference ID where known.

The dashboard displays metrics based on a combination of:

CDPDisplays the value of the CDC (Consensus Demand Plan) for the period.
AOPDisplays the value of the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for the period.
DPDisplays the value of the DP (Demand Plan) for the period.
CommercialDisplays the value of the Commercial Plan for the period.

The graph displays relevant values from different demand planning stages:

Commercial Plan (R)Displays the value of the final commercial plan (revenue) from the D1200 Commercial planning dashboard. 
Final Consensus Plan (R)Displays the value of the total in revenue of Base consensus plan (U) and Consensus Uplifts (U) values. 
Budget (U)Displays the value of the units in the budget for this product-customer combination. 
Prior Consensus Plan (R)Displays the value of the revenue for the specific product-customer combination from the previous consensus plan.

This graph and table compare the accuracy of each of the plans against one another, on a weekly basis. It's based on the context selectors for forecast measurement.

This helps you define which plan to use as a basis for consensus planning, if one is more accurate than another.
