This page enables you to compare different versions of the demand plan by analyzing variances.

Use the context selectors at the top-right to select a product, variance type, and scenario. Additionally, you can manually enter the required values using the search function.

Use the Product Filter fields to filter on a specific product.

The Demand Variance comparison table displays comparison values for the parameters selected in the Edit Parameters section. The comparison values displayed are either for units or revenue, depending on what is selected from the context selector.

PlanThe plan values using the Compare From parameter value.
ComparisonThe plan values using the Compare To parameter value.
Absolute VarianceThe variance between the Plan and Comparison values.
VarianceThe variance between the Plan and Comparison values.
Absolute % VarianceThe absolute percentage variance between Plan and Comparison values.
% VarianceThe resulting percentage variance.

The Comparison chart provides a graphical view of the selected plan and comparison values for the defined planning horizon.

BlackDisplays the values specified in the Compare From value.
RedDisplays the values specified in the Compare To value.

Edit the comparison periods in the Edit Parameters panel.

Medium DeltaSpecify the percentage value used to highlight a medium variance. Values that exceed this value are displayed in yellow.
High DeltaSpecify the percentage value used to highlight a high variance. Values that exceed this value are displayed in red.

Hover the cursor over a chart legend to display the legend's values in the chart. Hover the cursor over the data curve to display the data point values.
