D1221 - Commercial Planning – 2nd Tier – Manage 2nd Tier

The page provides one selector field, which enables you to specify the context of the customer to display. The selector gives options for all levels. You can also add new 2nd Tier customers. 

To add customers:

1. Select the button Add New 2nd Tier. A window opens and you can add customer names, under parents in the hierarchy.
2. Select Submit.

To remove a 2nd Tier:

1. Select Delete 2nd Tier to delete the tier entirely.
2. Select Submit.

You can review the 2nd Tier customers, along with their associated parents. If you add or delete a 2nd Tier, you join or remove the tier from view.
