This page summarizes the Commercial Planning parameters. The values are set for each product and customer combination. 

You can edit the values of Commercial Planning Parameters at product-customer and customer-product levels. Both options give the same information and operate in the same way.

Default Commercial Price
  • System Price: Displays the customer-product price from Data Hub: D0417 System Pricing and Standard Cost, converted to the base price using the currency exchange values in Data Hub: D0419w Exchange Rates.
  • Calculated ASP: Displays the Average Selling Price derived from the number of planning periods specified in Periods History for ASP
Periods History for ASPSpecify a value for the number of periods required to calculate an average selling price. 
Active Commercial PlanSpecify the basis of the Commercial Plan. 
Default Commercial Plan

Specify the commercial plan's default value from the below options. 

  • Zero (0): Defaults the commercial plan values to zero. 
  • Stat Forecast: Takes the default values from the statistical forecast. 
  • Corrected Prior Year: Uses the commercial plan from the prior planning cycle period. 
Select Final PlanSelect the final plan.
Perpetuate Unit OverridesIf selected, override values entered in Commercial Plan Override (U/ROS) are applied to all future planning periods. 
Perpetuate ROS OverridesIf selected, override values are perpetuated to all future periods from the period where the value is overridden.
EF Default Commercial Price, EF Periods History for ASP, EF Active Commercial Plan, EF Default Commercial Plan, EF Select Final Plan, Perpetuate ROS Overrides and EF Perpetuate Unit OverridesThe values displayed in these columns confirm the data inputs. These parameters can be managed at the global level in D1000 Global Demand Parameters > 1200: Commercial Planning Parameters or at product level as explained above.
