This page allows you to manage the available time filter choices. These determine how data is displayed across Inventory Planning app graphs, including the history and future periods. Additionally, you can manage ‌which pages these time filters apply​ to.

The view category allows for the grouping of similar view settings. Select Show Next Available View Setting to view settings.

Append Data Range to NameIf selected, the data range is added to the name.
Effective Display NameDisplays the time filter's name.
View Years HistorySpecify how many previous years to view.
View Years FutureSpecify how many future years to view.
View Period Type

Select a period type from the dropdown:

  • Fiscal Year
  • Rolling Year
  • Rolling Periods
History Only?If selected, only historic data is displayed.
Future Only?If selected, only future data is displayed.
Periods HistoryDisplays the number of historic periods used.
Periods FutureDisplays the number of future periods used.
Table: Totals Only?If selected, only total values are displayed.

Once you've defined your view settings, select the pages where the view settings apply. To assign view settings to pages:

  1. Select the time periods that apply to each page. The default view settings display on the right.
  2. Select Create View Setting Assignments Supply to execute the process of generating view settings allocation.

The list of pages displayed is a structural change and must be managed in the developmental model.
