The Manage Inventory Statuses page allows you to exclude products with specific statuses from available inventory. For example, include only the available products for inventory calculations, and exclude those marked as damaged or expired.
Before you start
Use the top-right context selector dropdowns to select a product, location, and scenario combination.
Use the Product Filter field to filter on a specific product.
The Global Setting - Exclude status from "available inventory" table allows you to create custom available inventory scenarios for calculations. For example, you can exclude Available, Awaiting QA, Damaged, On hold, or Expired.
On Hand Inventory
The Quantity by Status graph displays the total units, units available, and units excluded values. The % by Status graph displays the same, but by percentage.
The Available Status by Product/Location table displays the selected location and product inventory by status.
The Detail table displays a detailed view of location and product inventory by status.
