This page highlights whether there are any records which are disconnected from their parent record. For example, Product chaining may have a record set up which shows a to-product but not a from-product.
Delete All List Orphans
This enables you to delete all the records displayed in this page which have been disconnected from their parent record. It's generally safe to delete these items.
Steps
To delete all the orphaned records select the Delete All List Orphans button to display the dialogue.
