Use this page to load the stock-based compensation (SBC) for ‌existing employees.

Load stock-based compensation for existing employees

There are two options to load stock-based compensation for existing employees.

Option one: Update mappings in the grid

In the SBC Comp for existing Employees grid, add employee data for each month. Employee names are on the first column to the left.

Option two: Use mapping templates

  1. Select Export template.
  2. Use the CSV download to add SBC amounts for existing employees.
  3. Select Import template, and then:
    1. Select Choose File to import the CSV file you created in step 2.
    2. Select Import to run the load.
  4. Use the dropdown at the top-right to select a version and verify that the SBC numbers are loaded correctly in the SBC Comp for existing Employees grid.
