S4.07 OpEx setup - Define allocation departments

Use this page to define a subset of departments for operating expense (OpEx) allocations and allocation pools.

To define the allocation departments:

1. Use the dropdown at the top-right of the page to select a department.
2. In the Define allocation departments grid, check or clear the box in the Corp Allocation Departments column for each lowest-level department.
3. Select Update allocations.
4. In the Define allocation detail rows grid, enter a name for each allocation in the Name column.

Define allocation pools (right grid)

Use the fields in the Name column to enter pool names.

Define allocation drivers (bottom grid)

Use the fields in the Display Name column to enter driver names.
