This page enables you to review the plant's available capacity against its required capacity.

Use the context selector on the top-right to select the process category and location.

Enter the value in Number of Periods for Summary Reporting.

The Time View Settings card enables you to select a time frame of:

ParameterValue
1 Year FutureDisplays values only for one year ahead.
Future OnlyDisplays values for only future times.

The table displays different parameter values for the selected production process:

ParameterValue
Number of Processes with Capacity ExceededDisplays the number of processes where manufacturing capacity is exceeded.
Capacity Required Over Time HorizonDisplays the manufacturing capacity required over time.
Capacity Available Over Time HorizonDisplays the available manufacturing capacity over time.
Utilization Over Time HorizonDisplays the utilization percentage over time. This is the Capacity Required (Hours) value divided by the Capacity Available (Hours) value over time.
Number of Over Capacity Periods Over Time HorizonDisplays the number of periods where the manufacturing capacity exceeds the capacity available.

This graph enables you to view the weekly utilization percentages for the products that are being manufactured at the plant location.

ParametersValue
Unconstrained Capacity Utilization (%)Displays the Capacity Required (Hours) value divided by the Capacity Available (Hours) value as a percentage.
Capacity Required (Hours)Displays the capacity required (in hours) for manufacturing the product.
Capacity Available (Hours)Displays the capacity available (in hours) for manufacturing the product.
Net Capacity (Hours)Displays the net capacity. This is the Capacity Available (Hours) value divided by the Capacity Required (Hours) value.

This table displays the weekly utilization percentages for the plant location or process that has exceeded the optimal capacity.

ParametersValues
YellowDisplays the usage percentage over which the value is highlighted in yellow.
RedDisplays the usage percentage over which the value is highlighted in red.
