Grids

Existing Asset Disposal Forecast 

  1. Use the top dropdown to set the:
    • Entity
    • Department
    • Forecast scenario
  2. Use the dropdown in the column Asset Type to set the asset category.
  3. Input asset details in the seven white columns (here you model the sale of a current asset). 
  4. Check or clear the box in the Row Used? column to make that asset visible.
  5. Review the disposal forecast results.

Planned Asset Disposal Forecast (right grid)

  1. Use the top dropdown to set the:
    • Entity
    • Department
    • Forecast scenario
  2.  Review the disposal forecast.

Total Existing Assets - Financial Impact (lower grid)

  1. Use the top dropdown to set the:
    • Entity
    • Department
    • Disposal number
    • Forecast scenario
  2.  Review the selected asset's financial impact. 

Planned Asset - Financial Impact (last grid)

  1. Use the top dropdown to set the:
    • Entity
    • Department
    • Asset number 
    • Forecast scenario
  2.  Review the total planned asset's financial impact.
