This page and its related content helps you understand ‌past demand. You can use that analysis to change how you forecast and plan for future demand.

Use the context selectors at the top-right to select a product and customer. Additionally, you can manually enter the required values using the search function.

This section displays tiles for areas that need reviewing. Select a tile title to go to that area.

Product ABC–XYZ StatusDisplays the number of products that need ABC and XYZ reviews.
Customer ABC StatusDisplays the number of customers that need an ABC review.
Product Classification StatusDisplays the number of products that need a classification review. It also shows the number of products that'll have an implication for forecastability.
Outlier AlertsDisplays the number of product and customer combinations that are experiencing outlier alerts.
KPI AlertsDisplays the number of product and customer combinations that are triggering high priority KPI alerts.

This is the number of years history to view. If selected, it displays two-year historical data.

If you enter more than the maximum history available, only the maximum available is shown.

Current Rolling YearIf selected, data displayed is for the current year.
Full HistoryIf selected, considers all historical time periods for data display.

The Demand History Trend graph displays historical demand trends to guide you through each process. The chart shows:

ParameterDescription
Chained History (U)The sum of Selected History (U) and Inherited History (U).
Trend (U)Displays the remainder left when the seasonality index is removed from history.
Corrected History (U)Displays the default System Corrected History (U) unless you've entered a Manual Correction (U) value.
Selected History (U)The actual shipment history for the 'to product'.

Note: Use legends to view information for any week. Select a legend to show its details in the chart. Hover the cursor over a chart legend to display the legend's values in the chart. Hover the cursor over the data curve to display the data point values.

This section displays the number of product chains in place, and statistics for the product and customer combination selected. Select Number of Product Chains in Place to access the 110 – Product Chaining page, or select Statistics to access the 212 – Statistics page.
