Statistical Forecast Settings Worksheet
The Forecast Output Parameters worksheet provides an overview of the current method for each of these products, which has been determined by best-fit. The worksheet also provides the options to change the forecast method, and to overlay any seasonality. This page presents the settings, but you can manage these settings.
There are cells you can edit to override the current settings. You can edit these parameter settings as long as they are applied in the D2000 Global Stat Parameters dashboard.
The Statistical Forecast Settings worksheet also displays a breakdown of the parameters set in the D2200 Manage Alpha, beta dashboard for the products within the rows and the customer selected in the context selector.
Parameters
The System Administrator typically sets the parameters at the global level and they apply to all product-customer combinations (D200 Global Stat Parameters dashboard). These parameters display as Effective Parameters. You can adjust the parameters for the specified product-customer combination using the fields that allow overrides. When you adjust parameters for the specified combination, the adjusted settings also display in the Effective Parameters panel. These parameter changes don't apply globally.
The parameters set in D2000 - Global Stat Parameters display as EF or Effective Parameters. The Effective Parameters table allows you to override the entries.
