This page enables you to manage the list of generic periods used for NPI and EOL planning.

Parameters

The setup of launch periods is managed by Anaplan at system setup. However, you may need to remove periods to match your calendar.

Every period displays in a grid, with its Period Number, DisplayName, and Week Name. A Delete? checkbox displays to the right of each period row.

Steps

To delete one or more launch periods:

  1. Select the Delete? option in the table for any period you want to delete.
  2. Select the Delete Launch Periods button to start the action.

Additional information

If the model is using a calendar type of Months/Quarters/Years, then the number of periods created is 12. If the model is using a calendar type of Weeks, the number of periods created is 52/53.

The number of seasonal periods should match the calendar.
