Use this page to define an expense as either an accrual or a pre-paid. You must enter a payment date, and a payment input in the middle grid on this page. You can also gain insight into expense timing and management.

Top grid
- Use the dropdowns to select the:
- Entity
- Department
- Forecast scenario
- Review the values from the inputs in the second and third grid.
Enter accrual and prepaid line items (middle grid)
- Use the dropdowns to select the:
- Entity
- Department
- Forecast scenario
- To add vendors:
- Use the rows to enter the Vendor, Description, REQ: Start Date, REQ: End Date, and REQ: Payment Date.
- Check or clear the checkboxes in the Accrual & Prepaid column.
Enter line item monthly expense (bottom grid)
- Use the dropdowns to select the:
- Entity
- Department
- Forecast scenario
- To add overrides:
- Check or clear the Override? boxes in the month columns.
- Enter the Amount - Override in the month columns.
