Use this page to Input to-be-hired (TBH) increase assumptions across departments and entities.

Option one

Salary grades templates 

  1. To apply salary grades for to-be-hired planning, check the box Enable Salary Grades?.
  2. Select Export Salary Grades Template to download the template.
  3. Add customer data to the template.
  4. Select Import Salary Grades Template to bring the data into Anaplan.

Option two

Input salary grades directly on the page 

Input Salary Grade Data  

  1. Use the dropdowns to select the:
    • Job title (top right)
    • Forecast scenario 
    • Entity (on the grid)
  2. Input salary data directly in the rows.

Input Stock-Based Compensation Setting 

  1. Use the top dropdowns to select the:
    • Currency
    • Entity (or set entity on the grid)
  2. Input salary data directly in the rows.

To use templates for stock-based compensation (SBC) instead:

  1. Select Export SBC Template to download the template.
  2. Add SBC data to the template.
  3. Select Import SBC fromTemplate to bring the data into Anaplan.
