For each key performance indicator (KPI):

  • Ending Headcount
  • Open Heads
  • Fully Loaded Cost Without Merit
  • Upcoming Merit Impact
  • New Hires  (links to a headcount page)
  • Review Incoming Transfers (links to a headcount page)

When you cursor over a KPI, the related topdowns are highlighted. Select each, for example:

  1. Use the dropdowns to select the:
    • Entity (top middle)
    • Department 
    • Quarter, or month and year
    • Forecast scenario (last dropdown)
  2. Review the KPI data.

Grid 

  1. Use the dropdowns to select the:
    1. Currency type (top middle)
    2. Entity
    3. Department 
    4. Quarter, or month and year
    5. Forecast scenario (last dropdown)
  2. Review the results of your selections.
