Use this page to input merit-increase assumptions.

Option one

Use merit rates templates 

  1. Select Export Merit Rates Template to download the template.
  2. Add merit assumptions to the template.
  3. Select Import Merit Rates from Template to import the data into Anaplan.

Input merit rates directly on the page 

Input Merit Rates (first grid)

  1. Use the top dropdowns to set the forecast scenario.
  2. Use the row dropdowns to set the:
    • Merit start month
    • Merit %
    • Minimum employment month for merit increase

You can review merit impacts in the grid.

Review Results of Merit Increases (second grid)

  1. Use the top dropdowns to select the:
    • Quarter or month and year
    • Forecast scenario
  2. Use the grid dropdowns to select the:
    • Currency type 
    • Department
    • Account 

You can review merit amounts and adjustments in the grid, by entity.
