You can set operating expense (OpEx) targets and apply override adjustments based on region and department.

Set Global OpEx Targets

If you add overrides to children (leaf-level) items, this action will override the parent. 

  1. Use the top dropdowns to set the:
    • Entity
    • Time period
    • Forecast scenario 
  2. You can make changes in two fields, Override % or Target Input OpEx.

Review and Override OpEx Targets 

  1. This grid displays twice. The second grid shows total planning entity, and the bottom one shows the department.
  2. Use the top dropdowns to set the:
    • Entity
    • Time period
    • Forecast scenario 
  3. Check or clear the boxes in the columns Hold? and Override?.
  4. Input target OpEx by value or percentage to arrive at a final target OpEx by region or by department.
